Configure your Invoice and Estimate Settings

Invoice & Estimate Settings allow you to customize notifications and alerts when Clients view an Invoice/Estimate as well as options related to how they are published.

To get started you will navigate to Office* > Settings and click the Invoices tab in the left vertical menu bar.

You can toggle the Billing Dashboard on/off in Client Experience depending on your preferences for you Clients. In Logo & Basic info you can upload the Logo that will display on Invoices and choose your default currency, invoice Prefix, etc.

Next up is Email Notifications! Here you have several options for what gets sent out and how often.

Moving on to Other Info which allows you to modify Terms & Conditions, Notes to Customers, Payment Descriptions, and your Address.

The Address Field has now been broken into individual data fields so that “Address Line 1”, “Address Line 2”, “City”, “Postal Code”, etc. can be individually referenced by a placeholder.

Your final steps will be to determine who will receive an invoice notification and to adjust your accumulating generator settings.

Once you’ve set both of those you are ready to click Save and create your very first Invoice!

Now that your Invoice settings have been saved let’s move on to your Estimate settings. To do this you’ll Navigate to Office* > Settings, and click the Estimates tab in the left vertical menu bar.

Just like you did for Invoices, in Logo & Basic info you can upload the logo that will display on your Estimates and choose your default currency, invoice Prefix, etc.

Scroll down to Other Info so you can modify your Terms & Conditions, Notes to Customers, Payment Descriptions, and Address.

The Address Field has now been broken into individual data fields so that “Address Line 1”, “Address Line 2”, “City”, “Postal Code”, etc. can be individually referenced by a placeholder

Finally, you can decide who will receive Estimate notifications. After you’ve done this make sure to hit Save so all of your changes will show up on your next Estimate!
