You can create a webpage for your potential Contacts to book an appointment with you.
First thing’s first – we’ll need to have at least one active Appointment Type set up in the account. After all, your Contacts will need something to “book”.
Let’s can head over to Calendar > Appointment Types to get started. Click the +Add Appointment Type button.
Your Contact will see the name of your Appointment Type, so make sure it’s something they can get excited about! You can customize a few other things here and choose which Staff Member the Appointment will be booked for.
Don’t worry, your Appointment Type won’t be active yet. We still need to set which time slots will be available to the Contact, so click the Options button and select Manage Availability.
Pick which days are available, then drag the slider to adjust your time frames. You can add multiple sliders by clicking “Add Availability Window”. Click the Preview button at the top of the screen at any time to see how it’s looking!
At the bottom of the page you can set the duration and starting time intervals of your appointments. You’ll find some of the more complex customizations to account for extra time between bookings and prep-time as well, because we all know that an appointment on paper is never quite the same as in practice.
